How to Request Data Deletion

If you wish to have your personal data removed from Viraly.io, please follow the instructions below:

Option 1: Email Request

• Compose an email with the subject line "Data Deletion Request."
• In the body of the email, please provide us with the email address associated with your Viraly.io account, along with a brief statement indicating your desire to have your personal data deleted from our records.
• Send your email to hello@viraly.io.

Upon receipt of your request, our team will verify your identity to prevent unauthorized data deletion requests. After verification, we will proceed with the deletion of your personal data from our records and notify you once the process is complete. Please allow us up to 30 days from the receipt of your request to complete this process.

Additional Information

Deleting your data will result in the termination of your account and all associated services. You will not be able to recover your account or access any of the services provided by Viraly.io after the deletion process is complete.
