How to add team members to your Viraly account

With Viraly, you can easily invite your team to collaborate. Whether it’s helping manage posts, tracking analytics, or overseeing billing—giving access to others can make your workflow smoother and more efficient.

Step 1.
First, navigate to Account Settings > Team Members in the left sidebar.
Once there, you’ll see a list of all current users on your account, along with their permissions and access status.
Now, click on the Invite new user button in the top-right corner.

Step 2.
A new screen will appear where you can invite a team member by entering their Full name and Email address.
Next, you’ll need to set the appropriate Permissions for this user. You can give them full access, or limit them to specific areas such as:
- Users
- Billing
- Social Sets
- Scheduler – Manage or Publish posts
Simply toggle on the permissions you’d like them to have.
After setting permissions, scroll down to the Social Sets section. Here, you can choose which social sets the user can access.
You can either give access to All social sets or select specific ones (like “Abhi”, “Michael’s Social Set”, etc.).
Once everything looks good, just click the Save button in the bottom-right corner.
The invited user will receive an email with instructions to join your Viraly workspace!

That’s it! You’ve successfully invited a new team member. You’ll be able to track their invite status (e.g., “Invited” or “Active”) from the Team Members page at any time.
