Accessing the AI Generator
To use the AI Caption Generator:
- Create or edit a post
- Click the AI Generator button (purple button with sparkles icon)
- The AI assistant panel opens
The AI Caption Generator is available on all plans, including Free.
Generation Modes
The AI assistant offers four modes:
Write New
Generate a caption from scratch. Provide a topic or prompt, and the AI creates an original caption.
Use when: You need fresh content ideas or want to start with a blank slate.
Shorten
Make your existing text shorter and more concise. The AI condenses your message while keeping the core meaning.
Use when: Your caption is too long for the platform’s character limit or you want a punchier message.
Expand
Add more detail and depth to brief text. The AI elaborates on your initial idea with additional context.
Use when: You have a short idea that needs more substance or explanation.
Rephrase
Rewrite your content in a different way. The AI maintains your message but uses different words and structure.
Use when: You want to change the tone, try a different angle, or get a fresh take on the same idea.
Customization Options
Tone Selection
Choose the tone for your generated caption:
- Professional: Business-appropriate, polished language
- Casual: Friendly, conversational style
- Funny: Humorous, playful tone
- Inspiring: Motivational, uplifting language
- Educational: Informative, teaching-focused
Keywords
Add keywords to guide the generation. The AI will try to incorporate these terms naturally into the caption.

Using Generated Captions
After the AI generates a caption, you can:
- Insert into Caption: Add the text directly to your post
- Copy to Clipboard: Copy the text for use elsewhere
- Retry: Generate a different version
You can always edit the generated text after inserting it. Use the AI as a starting point, then refine the caption to match your voice.
