How to cancel your Viraly subscription

If you have an upgraded subscription with Viraly want to downgrade it to a free plan, we’ll show you how it’s done.

Step 1.

Click on the Account Settings option the user account dropdown menu.

Step 2.

Click on the Subscription tab from the left nav account options.

Step 3.

Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the cancel subscription button in the bottom right hand side of the page.

Step 4.

Click on the confirm cancellation button.

Finished!

Your account will now be cancelled at the end of your billing cycle.

Note: you’ll still be able to use all of the paid features on your plan until the end of your billing cycle.
