Link in Bio Analytics

Understand how visitors interact with your Link in Bio page. Track page views, link clicks, traffic sources, geographic data, and more with Viraly’s built-in analytics dashboard.

Accessing Analytics

To view analytics for your bio page:

  1. Go to Link In Bio in the main navigation
  2. Click on the bio page you want to analyze
  3. Click Edit to open the page editor
  4. Select the Analytics tab

Date Range Selection

Use the date range selector to filter your analytics data:

  • Last 7 days – Recent performance snapshot
  • Last 30 days – Monthly overview
  • Last 90 days – Quarterly trends
  • All time – Complete history
  • Custom range – Select specific start and end dates

Overview Metrics

The analytics dashboard displays six key performance metrics at the top:

Total Page ViewsNumber of times your bio page was loaded
Unique VisitorsDistinct visitors to your page (tracked via browser fingerprinting)
Total ClicksAll clicks on links, buttons, and interactive elements
Click-Through RatePercentage of sessions where visitors clicked at least one link
Avg. Session DurationAverage time visitors spend on your page
Bounce RatePercentage of visitors who left without clicking anything

Each metric includes a trend indicator showing the percentage change compared to the previous period.

Performance Charts

Below the overview metrics, interactive charts visualize your data over time:

  • Views & Clicks Chart – Line chart showing daily views (blue) and clicks (green)
  • Engagement Rate Chart – Area chart displaying click-through rate over time

Hover over any data point to see exact values for that date.

Click any column header to sort the table. Use the search box to find specific links, or filter by section type.

Section Performance

View aggregated performance by content section:

  • Social Links – Your social media profile links
  • Custom Links – Links you’ve added manually
  • Grid Items – Links displayed in grid layout
  • Featured Media – Video or image content blocks
  • Profile Section – Interactions with your profile header

Geographic Data

Understand where your visitors come from:

Top Countries

See which countries drive the most traffic to your bio page. Each country shows:

  • Country name and flag
  • Total page views from that country
  • Total link clicks
  • Percentage of total traffic

Top Cities

Drill down to city-level data to see your most engaged local audiences. Useful for location-specific content or targeting local events.

Devices & Browsers

See what technology your visitors use:

Device Types

Breakdown of visitors by device:

  • Mobile – Smartphones (typically the majority for bio pages)
  • Desktop – Computers and laptops
  • Tablet – iPad and Android tablets

Browsers

See which browsers your visitors use most (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge, etc.). This helps ensure your bio page displays correctly on the most common browsers.

Operating Systems

Breakdown by operating system (iOS, Android, Windows, macOS, Linux). Useful for understanding your audience demographics.

Traffic Sources

Discover how visitors find your bio page:

Referrer Types

  • Direct – Visitors who typed your URL directly or used a bookmark
  • Social – Traffic from social media platforms
  • Search – Visitors from search engines
  • Referral – Traffic from other websites linking to you

Top Referrers

See exactly which websites and platforms drive traffic to your bio page, including:

  • Domain name
  • Source type (social, search, referral)
  • Number of visitors
  • Percentage of total traffic

UTM Campaign Tracking

If you use UTM parameters in your links, you can track campaign performance:

Highlighted text showing your most active hours based on historical data. Use this to time your social posts for maximum visibility.

Exporting Analytics

Export your analytics data for reporting or further analysis:

  1. Click the Export Data button at the top of the analytics dashboard
  2. Choose your preferred format
  3. Click Export to download the file
