Viewing YouTube Analytics

Get comprehensive insights into your YouTube channel with Viraly Analytics. Track views, watch time, subscriber growth, engagement, geographic data, device metrics, traffic sources, and individual video performance.

Accessing YouTube Analytics

To view your YouTube analytics:

  1. Click Analytics in the top navigation
  2. Select your YouTube channel from the dropdown
  3. Use the timeframe picker to select your date range

Profile Overview

The Profile Overview displays key metrics with trend sparklines.

Metric Description
Views Total video views
Watch Time Total time spent watching (displayed in days and hours)
Likes Total likes received
Dislikes Total dislikes received
Comments Total comments received
Shares Number of times videos were shared
Subscribers Gained New subscribers in the period
Subscribers Lost Subscribers lost in the period
Average View % Average percentage of video watched
Avg Duration Average watch duration per view
Added to Playlists Times videos were added to playlists
Removed from Playlists Times videos were removed from playlists

Click Customize Metrics to show or hide specific metrics from your dashboard.

Metrics Over Time

Track how your key metrics change over time with an interactive line chart. Select up to 10 metrics to display.

Available metrics include:

  • Views
  • Watch Time
  • Likes
  • Subscribers Gained
  • Shares

Click the metric pills to toggle them on or off. Use Customize Metrics to select which metrics are available.

See where your audience is most engaged with a sortable table showing metrics by country:

Exporting Data

Export your YouTube analytics data (Influencer plan or higher):

  1. Click Export Data at the top of the analytics page
  2. Select which data to export
  3. Optionally set a date range
  4. Click Export to download as CSV
