Accessing Analytics

To access your analytics:

  1. Click Analytics in the top navigation
  2. Select a connected social account from the channel dropdown
  3. Choose your desired timeframe
  4. Explore the various dashboard sections

Select from 13 preset timeframes or set a custom date range:

Common Features

All platform analytics share these common features:

Metric Cards with Sparklines

Key metrics are displayed as cards showing the current value with a mini trend chart (sparkline) showing performance over the selected period.

Metric Selector

Customize which metrics appear in your dashboard by clicking the metric selector to show/hide specific metrics.

Interactive Charts

Charts support:

  • Hover for exact values
  • Automatic downsampling for large date ranges
  • Responsive design for all screen sizes

Post Performance Tables

All platforms include a post performance table with:

  • Sortable columns (click headers)
  • Column visibility controls
  • Pagination for large datasets
  • Edit and Clone actions for each post
  • Post preview on hover/click

Exporting Data

Export your analytics data (Influencer plan or higher):

  1. Click Export Data at the top of the analytics page
  2. Select export type:
    • Post Metrics – Individual post performance data
    • Channel Metrics – Account-level aggregated data (where available)
  3. Optionally set a date range
  4. Choose which metrics to include in the export
  5. Click Export to download as CSV

Exported CSV files can be opened in Excel, Google Sheets, or any spreadsheet application for further analysis.
