Monitor your TikTok performance in Viraly. Track account statistics and video performance metrics including views, likes, comments, and shares to understand what content resonates with your audience.
Requirements
TikTok analytics require:
- Business or Creator account: Personal accounts have limited API access
- Connected via OAuth: Your account must be connected through Viraly
- Stats permission: The
user.info.statspermission must be granted during connection
Accessing TikTok Analytics
To view your TikTok analytics:
- Click Analytics in the top navigation
- Select your TikTok account from the dropdown
- View your account overview and video performance
Note: Some metrics data updates may be delayed for up to 24 hours due to TikTok’s processing times. Insights are automatically synced every 24 hours.
Dashboard Sections
The TikTok Analytics dashboard includes two main sections:
- Account Overview – Key account-level statistics
- Video Performance – Individual video metrics table
Account Overview
The Account Overview panel displays key information about your TikTok account. You can customize which metrics appear using the metric selector.

| Followers | The number of people following your TikTok account |
| Following | The number of TikTok accounts you are following |
| Likes | The total number of likes across all content on your account |
| Videos | The number of videos on your account |
| Account Status | Your account verification status (Verified or Not Verified) |
Metrics are organized into two groups:
- Profile Metrics: Followers, Following
- Content & Collections: Likes, Videos, Account Status
Video Performance
The Video Performance table shows metrics for each published video:

Table features include:
- Click column headers to sort by any metric
- Use the column visibility control to show/hide columns
- Pagination for browsing through all videos
- Edit or Clone actions for each video
Exporting Data
Export your TikTok analytics (Influencer plan or higher):
- Click Export Data at the top of the analytics page
- Select Post Metrics (Channel Metrics coming soon)
- Optionally set a date range
- Choose which metrics to include
- Click Export to download as CSV
