Accessing Threads Analytics
To view your Threads analytics:
- Click Analytics in the top navigation
- Select your Threads profile from the channel dropdown
- Use the timeframe picker to select your date range
- Scroll through the 4 dashboard sections
Dashboard Sections
The Threads Analytics dashboard includes four sections:
- Profile Overview – 6 key metrics with sparkline trends
- Audience Location – Geographic breakdown by country and city
- Demographics Breakdown – Age and gender distribution
- Post Performance – Individual thread metrics table
Profile Overview
The Profile Overview displays 6 key metrics with sparkline charts showing trends over the selected period:

| Profile Views | The number of times your profile was viewed |
| Likes | The number of likes on your posts |
| Replies | The number of replies on your posts |
| Reposts | The number of times your posts were reposted |
| Quotes | The number of times your posts were quoted |
| Followers | Your total number of followers on Threads |
Metrics are organized into two groups:
- Engagement Metrics: Likes, Replies, Reposts, Quotes
- Audience & Reach: Profile Views, Followers
Audience Location
Understand where your followers are located with two geographic breakdowns:
Followers by Country
A ranked list showing your top countries with:
- Country name with flag emoji
- Follower count from that country
- Percentage of total followers
- Visual progress bar
Initially shows the top 10 countries, with a “Show More” button to expand the full list.
Followers by City
A ranked list showing your top cities with:
- City name
- Follower count from that city
- Percentage of total followers
- Visual progress bar
Initially shows the top 10 cities, with a “Show More” button to expand the full list.
Demographics Breakdown
Understand the age and gender distribution of your audience with two donut charts:
Followers by Age
A donut chart showing your audience distribution across 7 age groups:
- 13-17
- 18-24
- 25-34
- 35-44
- 45-54
- 55-64
- 65+
Hover over segments to see exact counts and percentages.
Followers by Gender
A donut chart showing gender distribution:
- Female (pink)
- Male (blue)
- Other (gray)
Post Performance
The Post Performance table shows metrics for each individual thread:

Table features include:
- Click column headers to sort by any metric
- Use the column visibility control to show/hide columns
- Pagination for browsing through all threads
- Edit or Clone actions for each post
Exporting Data
Export your Threads analytics (Influencer plan or higher):
- Click Export Data at the top of the analytics page
- Select Post Metrics (Profile Metrics coming soon)
- Optionally set a date range
- Choose which metrics to include
- Click Export to download as CSV
