Disconnecting a channel from Viraly

To remove a channel from your Viraly account, follow these steps:

📝 Important Information

• When you disconnect a channel from Viraly, all associated posts, analytics, and data will be deleted permanently and cannot be restored.

1. Begin by clicking on your workspace avatar located at the top-right corner of your dashboard, then select Social Sets from the drop-down list.
2. Locate the Social Set card that includes the channel you wish to remove and click on it.
3. Next, click on the three-dot menu beside the channel you want to disconnect.
4. Select Disconnect Channel.
5. A confirmation pop-up will appear, reminding you that disconnecting this channel will result in the removal of all its posts, analytics, and data in Viraly, which cannot be recovered.
6. To finalize, click Disconnect Channel.
