    EmailEmailYes
    NameNameNo (configurable)
    PhonePhoneNo (configurable)

    Troubleshooting

    Invalid API Token Error

If you see “Invalid API key” or similar errors:

    • Make sure you copied the entire API token (they are very long, 500+ characters)
    • Check that no extra spaces were added when pasting
    • Verify the token hasn’t been revoked in MailerLite settings
    • Try generating a new token and using that instead

    No Groups Showing

If no groups appear when fetching:

    • Log into MailerLite and verify you have at least one group created
    • Go to Subscribers > Groups in MailerLite to create a group
    • Try disconnecting and reconnecting with a fresh API token

    Subscribers Not Appearing

If subscribers don’t appear in your group:

    • Check that the integration is still connected (green badge showing)
    • Verify the correct group is selected
    • Look in MailerLite’s Subscribers section—they may appear in “All subscribers” even if not in your group
    • Check MailerLite’s Activity log for any errors

    MailerLite Classic vs New MailerLite

If you’re using MailerLite Classic (the older version):

    • The API token location may be different
    • Go to Account > Integrations > Developer API
    • Consider migrating to the new MailerLite for better features
