Personalize your Viraly experience by managing your account settings. Update your profile information, change your avatar, and configure preferences to match your workflow.
Accessing Account Settings
To access your account settings:
- Click your profile avatar in the top-right corner
- Select Account Settings from the dropdown menu
- You’ll see the settings dashboard with all available options
Updating Profile Information
Changing Your Name
Your name appears throughout Viraly and in team communications:
- Go to Account Settings
- Find the Name field
- Enter your new name (up to 155 characters)
- Click Save Changes
Email Address
Your email address is used for login and notifications. It’s displayed in your account settings but cannot be changed directly. If you need to update your email address, please contact support.
Changing Your Avatar
Your avatar helps team members identify you and personalizes your account:
- Go to Account Settings
- Click on your current avatar or the Upload Photo button
- Select an image file from your computer
- The image will upload and display immediately
Supported formats: JPG, PNG, GIF
If you don’t upload a custom avatar, a default placeholder will be displayed.
Workspace Settings
If you’re a workspace owner, you can also configure workspace-level settings:
Workspace Name
Change your workspace name to reflect your brand or organization:
- Go to Settings → Workspace
- Update the Workspace Name field (up to 125 characters)
- Click Save
Timezone
Your workspace timezone affects how scheduled posts display times. Set this during workspace creation or contact support to change it later.
