If you need to delete your Viraly account, this guide explains the process and what happens to your data. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Before You Delete
Before deleting your account, consider the following:
- Cancel your subscription first: If you have an active paid subscription, cancel it to avoid future charges
- Export your data: Download any analytics or content you want to keep
- Inform team members: If you own a workspace with team members, they will lose access
- Check scheduled posts: Any scheduled posts will not be published after deletion
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

Alternatives to Deletion
If you’re not ready to fully delete your account, consider these options:
Downgrade to Free
Cancel your subscription and use the free plan. You’ll keep your account and data within free plan limits.
Disconnect Social Profiles
If you’re concerned about access, disconnect your social profiles from Viraly without deleting your account.
Pause Posting
Simply stop scheduling new posts. Your account will remain active and you can return whenever you’re ready.
